The work

Clinical-grade frameworks, shop-floor practicality

Everything here comes from three places: attachment theory, nervous-system regulation, and communication skill built in high-stakes professional rooms. None of it comes from dating advice.

01

Heat

We map the pattern. What you do when you're activated, where it came from, and what it costs the people around you. Attachment history, nervous-system baseline, honest inventory.

02

Hammer

Weekly 1:1 work with real reps. Regulation you can run in ninety seconds, language for what you feel, and rehearsed hard conversations before you have them for real.

03

Temper

You take it home. We debrief the actual arguments, the actual bedtime with your kid, the actual text you didn't send. Repair becomes routine instead of rare.

Ways to work together

Coaching formats for men

1:1 Coaching

Virtual · Weekly · 12-week container

The core of the practice. You'll work with one of us primarily, with the other looped in when a second perspective serves the work.

Couple-adjacent sessions

Virtual · As needed

For men whose partner wants in on a conversation. Not couples therapy — a structured session so change lands on both sides.

Intensives & men's groups

In person · Coming soon

Small rooms, long-form. Join the list and we'll tell you when the first dates are set.

Scope, plainly

Coaching, not therapy

We're coaches. We work trauma-informed, which means we know how trauma shows up and we don't treat it. If what you're carrying needs clinical care, we'll say so and help you find it — and we're glad to work alongside your therapist.
